Operations
that scale without the team.
01 / Brief
Volume without a rescue line.
Keyro reached a volume, over ten thousand learners every year, that no team can carry on a stack of spreadsheets without something breaking. They needed the operational machinery to run as automatically as possible, with the human attention reserved for the places where it actually changes the outcome.
02 / Build
Routine automated. Exceptions surfaced.
The platform handles registration, session scheduling, attendance, evaluations and the administrative trail in one continuous flow.
- Convocations, reminders and certificate generation happen without a human in the loop.
- Internal escalations fire when a learner stalls; the operations team sees the exception, not the firehose.
- Learner experience is treated as a product surface: short sessions, clear progress, content adapted to each pathway.
The operations team sees the exceptions, not the firehose.
03 / Outcome
Ten thousand, with the same team.
Ten thousand-plus learners every year, with a back-office that stays the same size.
Two years in, the volume keeps growing and the team headcount hasn't. The exception queue stays short because the routine work doesn't reach it, and the operations team's time goes to the cases that actually need a human.
