The core is always there. After that, each module joins the contract without the others: a utility that only wants a participatory budget pays for that alone.

The four modules, in detail

What each building block holds, feature by feature, and what it looks like once in service. The core is always there; the three modules are added one at a time.

Core

Your organisation's site and the console to keep it alive. Your editors compose pages from blocks, preview them before publishing, and go back to an earlier version if they need to. Media library, redirects, sitemap and cookie-free audience measurement are included. The console is in French, and half a day is enough to learn it.

    Some thirty blocks (headings, text, images, columns, tables, accordions, galleries) assembled in the console, previewed at three widths.

    Versions and publishing

    Every publish is a snapshot; roll back to a version, schedule a publication, a draft never reaches the public.

    Media library

    Images and documents, with their alt text, served from your instance.

  4. 04

    Navigation and redirects

    Menus edited in the console; an address that changes keeps its visitors.

  5. 05

    Forms

    Forms built field by field, with anti-abuse, whose answers land in the console and by e-mail.

  6. 06

    Search and audience

    Sitemap, meta tags, canonicals and hreflang generated; audience measurement without cookies or a banner.

Portal

A space for your partners or your users, behind an account. They find news, events to sign up for, replays, a themed directory, a newsletter, and a form whose requests land on the desk that can answer them. The module follows the CAF du Var partner portal line by line, which the Lab runs today; its Agora version arrives in 2027.

Ideas & challenges

Your staff submit ideas, carry them together, vote and comment. You launch challenges, each with its own form and deadline. An instruction desk moves every idea from one status to the next and publishes its decision. This is Néo, which Eau de Paris' staff use today, behind the utility's single sign-on.

Participatory budget

A participatory budget end to end, and the public has no account to create. You open an edition and its phases; projects come in through a form you compose; the vote happens in a ballot box with per-category caps; then come the results and the follow-up of the winners through to delivery. Being set up at Eau de Paris, for Parisians.

Each client runs on its own installation, separate from every other. Your IT department fills in its security questionnaire without taking our word for it, and another client's outage is none of your concern.
