Wodloop

Your members pay their way.

Wodloop runs a CrossFit box: the classes, the bookings, the memberships, who coaches what, the week's programming. Members pay by card, cash or cheque, and the owner decides, not the software. One price, as many members as you like, data in France.

Why the Lab made it

Box owners we knew were paying for software built for gym chains: card-only billing, per-member pricing, a member app nobody opened. A box is a small business run by a coach. Its software should stay out of the way.

Wodloop is the version we wanted to see exist. Nobody waits at the door, nothing crashes at 6 a.m., members pay the way they're used to paying, and the owner exports everything to a spreadsheet whenever they like. The founder reads the support inbox in person.

It is published by Resatime, the company the Lab created to carry it. It was the first product we took from an idea to a paying subscription, end to end, and every product since has followed the same path.

What it does

  1. 01

    Schedule and bookings

Classes, capacities, waitlists: the member books from the app, the coach sees the room.

  2. 02

    Memberships and payments

Card, cash or cheque; no card forced on anyone. One price, unlimited members.

  3. 03

    Coaches and programming

Who coaches what, and the week's WODs, in the same place.

  4. 04

    Your data, portable

Hosted in France, exported to a spreadsheet at any time; switching in from another tool is supported.
