One portal,
for every partner.

The CAF du Var works with hundreds of partners, associations, town halls, social workers, who until then were reached by mail, by phone and by scattered documents. It wanted a portal where a partner registers once, finds the news and the events that concern them, replays a session they missed, finds the right contact in the directory, and sends a request that reaches the right desk.

The Lab designed and built the portal end to end with its previous tools, from the content model to the fifteen transactional e-mails.

• Partner accounts with self-registration, e-mail confirmation and two-factor sign-in; rate limiting and a captcha that asks nothing of a human.
• Block-built pages, news, events with registrations and proposals, replays, a themed staff directory, a contact form and newsletter sign-ups: all edited by the fund's own team.
• An ideas-and-challenges space for partners, and request routing so that a message lands on the desk that can answer it.

The portal runs in production for the fund's partners. Everything it does, accounts and roles, news and events, directory, routing, was written down line by line as the specification of Agora's Portal module, so that the next fund buys it on an installation of its own instead of commissioning it again.
