A box is a coach
with a business.

The box owners the Lab knew were paying for software made for gym chains: card-only billing, a price per member, a member app nobody opened. A CrossFit box is a small business run by a coach, and its software should get out of the way at six in the morning, when the first class starts and nothing may crash.

The Lab built Wodloop end to end and created Resatime to publish it: the first product taken from an idea to a paying subscription, and every product since has taken the same path.

• Classes, capacities, waitlists: the member books from the app, the coach sees the room.
• Memberships and payments the way a box actually collects them: card, cash or cheque, with what is owed visible member by member.
• The week's programming written once and published to every class, and the whole thing exportable to a spreadsheet whenever the owner likes.

A product run on a subscription, with its own company, and the method the Lab has reused since.

Wodloop is published by Resatime and runs in boxes today, on one price with unlimited members and data in France. What the Lab learned building it, learn the trade from the inside, build the product that runs it, create the company that carries it, is what Wodlane, m2 and Agora were built on.
