A platform shaped
like the work itself.
01 / Brief
Choose better by looking at the work.
Olecio's bet is that career choices get better when people can actually look at the work: what a day looks like, what a typical path through it feels like, what the trade-offs are once you're in it. They needed a content platform built for that browsing experience, not a generic CMS retrofitted to fit.
02 / Build
First-class trades, first-class paths.
We modelled professions, sectors, day-in-the-life formats, training pathways and testimonials as objects in their own right, not as pages.
- Cross-linking lets a visitor land on one trade and pivot to three adjacent ones within a few clicks.
- Editorial team authors and connects contents without engineering involvement.
- Search and guided pathways layer on top of the same content graph.
Career choices get better when people can actually look at the work.
03 / Outcome
Five hundred contents, room for more.
Five hundred-plus career-exploration contents in the catalogue, with the architecture to absorb several times that without the editorial workflow buckling.
The platform's editorial throughput stayed high through the long climb past the first few hundred contents: the place where most content platforms start to creak. The next phase is opening the same graph to partner-published content with the editorial guardrails the brand requires.
