Preparing the BTP sector for the 2024 Olympics meant qualifying, redeploying and tracking thousands of workers across 180 target trades, on a public deadline that could not slip.

We built the platform that would let workers self-evaluate, discover adjacent trades they could move into, and match themselves to the training that would get them there.

• The skills questionnaire surfaces where a candidate already is, what trades sit adjacent, and which gaps a pathway can close.
• Recommendations from a catalogue of thousands of courses, with progress tracking as the worker moves through them.
• Employer side: companies see who has which qualifications, who is mid-transition, who is ready to take a job tomorrow.

Now used by thousands of construction professionals; the operational data captured during the Olympic ramp is informing how the next mobilisation cycle is planned.

The platform held under the load that mattered most: the months leading into the build. Workers found adjacent trades they hadn't considered. Companies found qualified candidates without a recruitment cycle. And the data trail of who-moved-where-when is now the institutional memory of how the ramp actually worked.
