Atlas needed one platform to run professional certifications from registration through certificate delivery, and to do it with the level of integrity that lets the certificate count. The old workflow was distributed across several tools, several spreadsheets, and a back-office team chasing OPCO funding files by email. Each handoff was a place an audit could find a gap.

We built C-Certif to hold the whole certification loop in one place: candidate registration, automated assessment, anti-cheat proctoring, examiner moderation, certificate issuance, and the OPCO funding file, all as one continuous flow, with each step deriving from the previous one rather than being entered fresh.

• Evaluation engine: automated scoring with a surveillance layer that watches candidate behaviour during exams and flags suspicions to a moderator in real time.
• Role-shaped dashboards: examiners, moderators and training officers look at the same data through the lens that matters to them.
• OPCO funding, automatic: quote, programme, participant info and attendance proof assemble themselves the moment the exam closes and ship to the relevant operator.
• Audit trail by default: the trail writes itself while the exam runs, instead of being assembled afterwards.

One thousand-plus learners certified end-to-end on the platform since launch, and the back-office that used to chase audit packets has stopped chasing.

Beyond the headline number, the shape of the work changed. Examiners spend their attention on cases that need a judgement call, not the ones that should have closed themselves. Moderators get flagged incidents in real time rather than reading them in a Friday report. OPCO funding files arrive at the operator faster and cleaner than when humans assembled them.
